Creed came out and saved us during the pandemic shut down as our system was in complete failure. They came out and pumped us close to every 2 weeks until the new system could be installed by them in April when the weather and ground cooperated. They are professional and very nice people who care about their customers! Thank you John and Cindy for all you did for our home that allowed out family to shower etc. until our system could be replaced! We are forever grateful!

I called only to get an estimated cost for pumping out our septic tank, I had not expexted Cindy Creed, a very educated and super duper nice person in her field to answer. She made me feel comforted by the fact that I had no idea what questions I was to ask. Not dumb because of having no idea what to have answers for.

I had called several businesses before I contacted Creed and I was only given a basic pricing...with no questions asked of me.

Their prices are reasonable, and being the busiest time of year for this service, was able to get an appointment within a week of calling.

I have not had to use a septic service previous to this, so I can't compare them to other companies. But I will tell you, that because of the friendliness, educational level  and professional skills that Cindy and the technicians possess, I will not use any other company besides Creed Septic Services!!!😊👍💩

I used this company at two properties. Once at my farm for inspection and pumping and the other for pumping in a subdivision. No problems either time and neither time did I need to be home to meet them. Price was fair, $195, which is the going rate in St. Joseph County.

To the guy who says they could not find his tank, it is up to the property own to mark or excavate the top of the tank no matter what company you use. There is no riser on my tank at the farm and we dug down to the hatch 4' underground so it could be pumped. Otherwise there is no way anyone could have found it w/o knowing where to dig.
